Looking to purchase a home, but not eligible for a loan through a bank or mortgage company? We regularly owner finance properties to those that may not have the credit or work history to qualify for other types of financing. 

What is owner financing?

Owner financing (or seller financing) is when the seller of a property acts as the mortgage holder. As with a traditional mortgage, the buyer pays a down payment, a contract is drawn up by our attorney, and a closing is held with the attorney to ensure everything is legal and binding for both parties.
